Job Description

As a Sun Valley Resort Ticket Sales Agent , your role will be to sell lift tickets and season passes in a friendly manner and assist our guests with all their lift ticket and season pass needs. Additionally, you may need to provide our guests with basic knowledge of the resort and the surrounding area. This position is full-time or part-time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of all tickets and pass products
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, helpful, and respectful manner
• Maintain a sense of teamwork, which is essential to the success of the guests and the resort
• Accurately make correct change and balance the bank at the end of the day
• Understand how to sell tickets using our computer operating system
• Maintain knowledge of all IKON and Mountain Collective passes
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts
• Additional duties as assigned by the manager, including ticket checking at lifts

Qualifications:

• Have a record of trustworthiness
• Customer service experience
• Have excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Be available for weekends and holidays at all locations from the beginning of the season to the end of the season
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods
• Have the ability to multitask in a high-speed environment with a smile
