This is the purpose that unifies and drives us and we are looking for brilliant and kind people who can join us in this mission. Miraterra was spun out as a subsidiary of Terramera in December 2022.

YOUR ROLE AT MIRATERRA

Miraterra is fortunate to have some of the world's best minds from diverse industries working on solving one of the most significant problems facing our planet: the health of our soil. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving product adoption and revenue growth. • Be an active member of the team contributing ideas and insight to develop our products and practices to meet emerging customer needs
  • Understand and communicate complex technical concepts
  • Identify opportunities, develop plans, and contribute to revenue growth
  • Be the first point of contact for customers as they onboard and use our solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
  • Provide product demos and technical guidance
  • Track and report on key account metrics

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Someone with a customer-first mindset who demonstrates active listening, integrates information elegantly, and communicates clearly about the intersection of customer needs and company abilities
  • 5+ years of successful experience as a Technical Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing roles, including demonstrated intuition about customer relationship building
  • Proven track record of managing and growing multiple key accounts simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to client needs
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making and process improvement, while enhancing client outcomes
  • Ability to be highly responsive and adaptable to client needs, often working flexible hours to ensure timely support and issue resolution

WE VALUE, BUT DON'T REQUIRE:

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools
  • Experience in soil science, plant biology, or agronomy

LOCATION:

  • Remote in Canada - close to a major international airport

JOB TYPE

  • Full-time, permanent

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Work that matters: Measurement-informed action develops soil health so that together we can amplify earth's carbon storage capacity, increase food security, and lower farm costs.
  • A hybrid company with team members in Canada and the United States - some work on site daily while many are typically remote.
  • We focus on work while we're at work, and sometimes, we go to the park with frisbees.
  • Unlimited vacation, solid health care benefits, and salaries benchmarked to market for fairness. All full-time employees receive stock options, so that we succeed together

While we thank all applicants for their interest, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
