Job Summary:
Randstad is seeking a skilled Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in Dayton, MN . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP/MRP systems , proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , and the ability to operate sit-down forklifts . This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipments, and seamless warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document inbound shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
• Prepare and process outbound shipments, verifying documentation and packaging requirements.
• Utilize WMS and ERP/MRP systems to track inventory, shipments, and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with internal teams via Microsoft Outlook to coordinate shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and stage shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Proficiency with WMS and ERP/MRP systems for inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination.
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
