Gong is looking to hire an experienced Sr. Event Marketing Manager to plan and execute strategic events at Gong. This role will report to the Director, Events and is an opportunity to plan and execute impactful hosted events across the organization, including Executive Dinners, Persona-based Roundtables, and our annual customer conference. You will have the opportunity to strategically support the events function for the leading revenue intelligence company that is driving innovation in the fastest growing areas of technology including AI, machine learning, cloud, and the subscription economy. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and execute impactful hosted senior leadership events including Executive Tables, Roundtables, and our annual user conference for the top AI company leading the revenue intelligence market, Gong. Drive demand generation goals by creating events that will create leads, and, more importantly, pipeline, with positive ROI. Prioritize, develop effective processes, and partner with leaders across all levels to drive cross-functional event initiatives. Contribute event metrics for monthly and quarterly reporting to senior leadership and provide thoughtful recommendations for future programs based on data-backed insights. Play a key role in Gong’s success, including scaling our flagship customer conference to thousands of attendees and beyond. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
