For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Create 2D and 3D creatives using Cocos Creator to promote mobile games.

• Develop game mechanics and logic, animations, and effects.

• Adapt and optimize playable ads.

• Form and manage a team of developers.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience in developing playable ads on Cocos Creator for at least 2 years.

• High level of proficiency in version control systems (git/svn), experience using popular services like GitLab/GitHub.

• Skills in implementing adaptive user interfaces, particles, sprite animations, and 3D models in collaboration with art teams.

• Experience with CSS/JS animations.

• Skills in optimizing playable ads to improve performance and reduce resulting build sizes.

• Knowledge of design patterns and principles.

• Understanding of technical requirements of advertising networks (Facebook, Unity, Mintegral, IronSource, Vungle, Tiktok, etc.).

• Strong team player with effective communication skills.

• Desire to continuously develop skills, help colleagues, and share knowledge.

• Portfolio required.

Will be a plus:

• Strong mathematical background.

• Knowledge and experience with other engines and frameworks: cocos-2dx, Three.js, Pixi.js, Phaser, Babylon.js, Defold.

• Experience using Unity for mobile game development and/or experience porting games from Unity to Cocos Creator.

• Experience with CI/CD.

• Experience using GPT in project development.
