We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver with experience to provide in-home care for a client with dementia. This role requires a patient and understanding individual who can create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our client.

We provide services to residents throughout the beautiful Rogue Valley. Because of this, we are looking to grow our care team in the following Southern Oregon areas: Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent.

Right at Home Professionals provide various non-medical services allowing seniors to remain home. These services enhance the quality of life for seniors. We care for you so you can care for our seniors!

Essential Functions

• Non-medical care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, safety supervision,
• Performing personal care activities includes assisting the patient with activities of daily living.
• Specialty care (Dementia).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Follow and execute the client care plan.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
• Provide a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Update daily care notes through the mobile app.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in dementia care.
• Be able to pass background check
• Ability to get to and from clients home
• Must be 18 years to apply
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Must possess a valid ID.
