We’re seeking a results-driven Network Engineering Project(s) Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multi-site environments. This hands-on technical leadership role calls for deep technical expertise across Cisco, IT Security, Cloud Infrastructure, IT Security, Audits, and Compliance. If you’re passionate about delivering scalable network solutions while internal I.T. Resources, MSPs and aligning with enterprise goals, this is your stage. This is a Newly Created role due to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex network engineering projects across multiple sites
• Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Cisco (switches/routers/firewalls), FortiGate(Fortinet), Windows (on-prem-to-cloud), SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Security (CrowdStrike, Rapid7, N-Able)
• Implement, project manage and optimize our shift to Cloud-based network infrastructure and connectivity
• Oversee IT security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry frameworks and internal policies
• Project Manager/Conduct and support IT audits (and related compliance and systems documentation), driving remediation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical outcomes with business objectives
• Partner with and manage MSPs to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment
• Provide technical mentorship and foster best practices in network operations and security

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience with technical leadership and Infras-Networks-Cloud-Security Projects Management responsibilities
• Experience working in a similar role for a multi-site (ideally international) company
• The ability to travel (up to 50% travel during your first 6 months of employment)
• Strong knowledge of Cisco network engineering experience (CCNP/CCIE preferred, BGP preferred) alongside FortiGate firewalls
• Experience managing multi-site IT environments, including cloud/hybrid infrastructures
• Proven track record in IT security, audits, and regulatory compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO, etc.), experience standardizing IT Security (specific technologies, implementations and processes/procedures/documentation/training) across an enterprise sized (ideally multi-site) organization
• A solid foundation in On-Prem Windows Network Administration (WINS, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience project managing the shift from on-prem servers to a cloud based infrastructure
• Familiarity with MSP engagement and vendor management best practices (including MSP analysis, selection, approval, onboarding and off-boarding)
• Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills
• Certifications in PMP, CISSP, or similar are a plus
