The candidate will demonstrate an understanding of client needs through proactive delivery of holistic advice and solutions tailored to meet specific financial planning needs. Collaboration with a team of subject matter experts is essential to craft and execute creative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies, sales targets, and results for the assigned region. Build internal and external networks and referral sources to expand business within the portfolio. Enhance marketplace presence by collaborating with internal teams and external professionals to create integrated business development plans. Act as the primary Relationship Manager for assigned clients. Lead or assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and relationship plans. Conduct Annual Client Reviews to evaluate needs, improve communication, and enhance the client experience. Produce reports demonstrating value and assess client retention risks. Advise senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on business insights. Maintain expertise on relevant regulations and policies. Network within the industry for insights and best practices. Proactively identify client needs and facilitate resolution of issues. Introduce subject matter experts to clients and share wealth solutions knowledge across the team. Develop solutions aligned with business strategies and stakeholder needs. Manage resources and lead strategic initiatives to meet business and financial goals. Recommend business priorities, advise on resource needs, and develop strategic roadmaps. Perform independent analysis to resolve strategic issues. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment. Coordinate banking, trust, and investment communications for full relationship management. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic problems. Monitor performance, address issues, and produce reports and dashboards. Design and lead change management initiatives and communication plans. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of tools and training. Lead or participate in process improvements and program development. Utilize an advisory-based financial planning approach to manage opportunities and relationships. Support the achievement of business plans within the region. Collaborate with internal teams to build capability and drive growth. Maintain high service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth. Build rapport and confidence with clients to develop credibility and trust. Adhere to risk and compliance policies to safeguard assets and maintain privacy. Operate as a subject matter expert at an enterprise level and support senior leadership. Apply expertise creatively to address complex, ambiguous situations. Implement adaptations in response to market and trend shifts. Qualifications: Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a related degree or equivalent experience. MBA preferred; Certified Financial Planner is a plus. Experience with high-net-worth clients and comprehensive wealth management knowledge. Expertise in bank products, services, and industry standards. Strong communication, analytical, influence, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
