Insight Global Health is searching for an Epic Willow/Beacon Analyst that will be supporting a large pediatric hospital system in the North West. This person must sit in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alaska, Washington, Idaho, or Montana. This is a direct hire, permanent position.

Job Title: Epic Beacon Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $165,000 - $190,000

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for maintaining and optimizing Epic systems in a pure maintenance environment since 2022. The focus will be on supporting Epic Beacon builds and working closely with the Willow Inpatient team to enhance research studies, protocols, RX formularies, and ERX builds while improving clinical workflows and safety processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Willow Inpatient team, nursing staff, providers, and IT colleagues to maintain seamless synchronization across teams.
• Lead or contribute to updates of protocols, implementation of new RX formularies, ERX builds, and optimization of research studies.
• Participate in clinical safety meetings, error feedback analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, including cost-saving measures such as improved dose maintenance to reduce waste.
• Support quarterly upgrade schedules and implementation of new Epic functionalities.
• Work on both projects (100+ hours) and enhancements (less than 100 hours), prioritizing tasks based on upgrades and pipeline needs.

Requirements:

• Epic Willow certification required.
• Demonstrated experience with Epic Beacon builds (certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly with the Willow Inpatient team, focusing on study medications.

Team Overview:

• Epic Beacon team consists of three members: two analysts and one manager.
• Willow Inpatient team includes eight members, while the Ambulatory team has two members.
• Device team includes three specialists.

Preferred Locations:

Florida, Georgia, Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Montana.
