Our challenge

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven React Developer with over 10 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in software development, particularly within the banking, investment banking, or credit card industry sectors. The role requires a deep understanding of credit card/payment industries or similar and the ability to lead and mentor a development team, while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient code. Strong expertise in Python development, coupled with a strong background in financial services, is essential for success in this position.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC with salary $95,000-$100,000/ year & benefits.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in Web Development
• Have solid experience with front end frameworks and state management with or similar to ReactJS / Redux
• Have a strong understanding of NodeJS, CSS, APIs, Jest, Mocha, Rest, GraphQL, Express
• Have experience with modern JavaScript coding, open-source ecosystem, and development practices
• Have a passion for providing the best customer experience, and is comfortable optimizing for accessibility and performance
• Are comfortable working in an environment based on Agile development methodologies and DevOps principles
• Take initiative to collaborate with others in order to find solutions to the team's problems
• Are excited about innovation and automation
