It enables users to build technical skills, simulate attacks, and prepare for real-world threats in a secure, virtual environment. We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to lead the growth of our new Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) product. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution, with significant growth potential within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales and demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business. If you enjoy creating strategic partnerships, building meaningful customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals, this position is for you. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers, including government, military, academia, and private sectors. Develop multi-channel lead generation strategies (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking). Present CRaaS capabilities and manage the entire sales process from lead to contract signing. Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value. Monitor industry trends and collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field. 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management (cybersecurity, tech, or SaaS preferred). Strong understanding of cybersecurity and cyber range applications. Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience with government or military clients. Knowledge of cybersecurity training standards and simulation environments. Skills Negotiation, closing, and relationship management.
