Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of teens? The Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is looking for an enthusiastic Youth Development Professional to join our team at Mount Vernon High School ! This part-time role is your chance to mentor, guide, and empower teens in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment.
As a Youth Development Professional, you'll help create a safe and inspiring space where high school students can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and explore new interests. From leading hands-on activities to fostering meaningful conversations, you'll be a trusted role model for the next generation. Applicants must be 23 years or older to qualify for this position.
