Job Description

The Wellness Director in Hillsboro, OR will lead and implement wellness programs to enhance employee health and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting a healthy workplace culture. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage wellness initiatives and programs
Conduct health assessments and analyze data to improve programs
Collaborate with HR to integrate wellness into employee benefits
Organize workshops and seminars on health topics
Monitor and report on program effectiveness

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in health promotion or related field
3+ years of experience in wellness program management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Certification in health and wellness preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
