About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. The VP will be responsible for developing a high-performing recruiting team, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, and optimizing recruiting operations through data-driven processes. Enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment with the People team, are also key aspects of the role. Applicants for the VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should be innovative and strategic talent leaders with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity, is required. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scaling recruiting functions, particularly in high-growth SaaS or technology companies, and possess strong business acumen to align talent acquisition strategies with broader business goals. Exceptional leadership, a data-driven mindset, and deep knowledge of hiring best practices are essential. The role demands an individual with executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
