About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and success. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing a top-tier hiring strategy that is in line with the company's ambitious growth objectives. This leadership position involves overseeing the global Talent Acquisition function, ensuring the attraction of top talent across all business areas, and delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The VP will be responsible for developing a high-performing recruiting team, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, and optimizing recruiting operations through data-driven processes. Enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience, as well as ensuring cross-functional alignment with the People team, are also key aspects of the role. Applicants for the VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should be innovative and strategic talent leaders with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments. A minimum of 10 years' experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years in a leadership capacity, is required.
