Key Responsibilities: Process payments, label and dispense medications, and assist pet parents with discharge paperwork Safely restrain pets for wellness procedures such as vaccinations and microchipping Collect and prepare laboratory samples Drive company vans between clinics and manage loading and unloading Recommend services and products based on each pet's needs Maintain a clean, sanitized work environment to ensure the health of pets Track inventory and manage expiration dates for products and vaccines Foster a safe clinic culture and uphold our brand promise Provide top-notch customer service and support to pet parents Achieve sales and service goals set by management Conduct microchip scans and prepare vaccines Build strong relationships with pet parents and partners Other related duties as needed Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older A valid driver's license is required Availability to work weekends, varied weekdays, and occasional overnights Dependable transportation is necessary Present a professional appearance and positive demeanor Punctuality and reliability are highly valued Ability to drive for extended periods and navigate diverse terrains and weather Perform tasks outdoors and handle long hours in the field, including 12-14 hour shifts Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent Preferred Experience: Previous customer service experience Proficient in using technology such as iPads and Bluetooth devices Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Able to work collaboratively within a team Comfortable engaging with customers and educating them about our services Adaptable to changing priorities Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully Must maintain regular, punctual attendance Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Why Join PetIQ?
