• Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
• Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? May float if needed.
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
• Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.

Unit Specific Information

• Special Requirements: For this role, colleagues receive specimens in, ensure that the correct tubes are provided for testing, order a large volume of testing, especially add-ons, perform registrations, are responsible for a multi-line phone system, as well as a large consolidation log, and various other duties as needed.

Additional Details

• A legible copy of a valid/current US Driver’s license or US ID card
• Candidate must review and sign within 7 days of signing contract.
• Physical within a year of start, and updated annually.
