• Weekend Hours: yes, self scheduling but 5-6 • Call Requirements: no scheduled call, however, we flexdown as needed based off acuity and census; rotation log for who is placed on call • Required Certifications: NRP, BLS, Intermediate fetal monitoring • Years of Experience: minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery (not 2 years of nursing) • Float Requirements: not required but if it is your turn to be placed on call/flexed down, in order to get guaranteed hours you can float. • Number of Beds: 16 • Patient Ratios: per AWHONN recommendations
