Job Description & RequirementsLVN / LPN-LTC | Seattle, WA\nShift: Flexible - Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)\nDuration: - 13 Weeks\nStart Date: - ASAP\n \nGross Payrate as per 40 Hours:\t\nWeekly Gross: $1,876.62\t\nWeekly Taxable: $584.62\nWeekly non-taxable: $1,295.00\nHourly Taxable Upto 40: $14.62\nHourly non-tax: $32.28\nOvertime after 40: $19.50\n \nRequirements: -\n•\t2 years of experience in Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience.\n•\t1st Time Travelers – Not Accepted\n•\tRatios: 1:15-25\n•\tCharting – Net Solutions.\n•\tWA/Compact state license required.\n•\tCertifications – BLS.\n•\tWeekend REQ - Every other weekend\n•\tSkills REQ IV Pumps, PVR, Wound Vacs, Central line blood draws, central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IV's. Experience in LTC / SNF / TCU\n•\tOpen to accommodating block schedule.\n•\tParking Cost – Free\n•\tRequired to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.\n•\tTraveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
