• AA /AAS in Early Childhood Education or equivalent OR
• AA/AAS in related field with at least 9 credits in Infant / Toddler Development OR
• Infant-Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential

Maternity Care Coalition is seeking dedicated Early Head Start Teachers to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers in classroom settings.
• Ensure curriculum fidelity by following Head Start Performance Standards and integrating the Head Start Early Learning Outcomes Framework.
• Address individual needs of children in care, providing nurturing, language-rich, and engaging learning experiences.
• Model high-quality interactions and promote family involvement in supporting children's health, social empowerment, and school readiness.
• Encourage parent participation in all classroom activities, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
