Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Position: Tax Manager Salary: $100K - $125K + Bonus Growing Wealth Advisory & Tax Accounting Firm Seeks Tax Manager to join their Team Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, and small business clients. Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships by delivering personalized tax strategies. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and client relationship management standards. Collaborate with leadership team, wealth advisors and financial specialists to deliver client solutions regarding tax matters. Strategic Tax Planning & Compliance Review and preparation of complex individual, partnership, corporate, S-Corporation, fiduciary, gift & estate tax returns. Provide proactive tax planning to minimize client liabilities and identify opportunities aligned with wealth & investment management goals. Stay current with evolving tax laws, estate tax issues, and IRS guidance to advise clients appropriately. Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or taxation with relevant work experience, preferably Taxation CPA or EA designation required. MST or JD/LLM in Tax a plus. 7+ years of progressive experience in tax preparation, review personal & business tax. Experience with UltraTax software a plus. Experience with client engagement, relationship management & strong presentation skills.
