We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can fully align with our vision and flawlessly assist in the recruiting process from candidate interviewing through pre-employment.
The Role
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is looking for a Coordinator who shares vision and interest in providing an exemplary customer service experience to our North American based candidates. Applicants who have a customer service focus, a passion for providing superb candidate care and always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes will be key to your success. Partnering with our Recruiters to deliver a candidate centric hiring experience requires expert judgment and attention to detail to support our growing Software & Services organization.
What You’ll Do
• Schedule complex interviews with excellent candidate care
• Manage scheduling conflicts and calendar changes from candidate and interview teams
• Educate Recruiters and other stakeholders on how to best use interview scheduling tools
• Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners
• Provide in-person candidate greeting and onsite interview support
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
• Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates
• Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results
• Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process
Required Qualifications:-
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies
• Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Can be a Coordinator who is recently graduated from college and does not necessarily have Tech experience, needs to be someone with learning agility and customer service as top skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking system (particularly Workday), and background check vendor tools (like HireRight)
• Previous experience supporting recruitment of technical roles in a fast-paced environment, particularly in big tech companies
• Minimum 2 years supporting recruiting activities in a Coordinator capacity (including complex interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication)
