As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide essential speech and language services to patients in their homes, evaluate and develop treatment plans, and document patient progress. This role involves administering diagnostic tests, counseling patients and families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination. With a focus on patient-centered support, you will help individuals overcome speech, voice, language, and swallowing disorders.
