Job Description

Overview:

As a Childrens Outpatient Therapist at our client you will be responsible for conducting assessments providing therapy crisis planning and advocating for the needs of children and families. We offer a competitive salary flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Intake Assessments and necessary paperwork
  • Provide facetoface clinical interventions
  • Provide individual family and group therapy
  • Conduct crisis planning with clients
  • Advocate for child and family needs
  • Participate in program evaluation
  • Represent our client in the community
  • Maintain appropriate licensure
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree or higher
  • 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Family Practice
    • Pediatrics
    • Adolescent Care
  • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
    • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI)
    • Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI)
    • Temporary Limited License Psychologist (TLLP) in Michigan (MI)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI)qualifications
      required
      • Masters degree or higher
      • 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
        • Family Practice
        • Pediatrics
        • Adolescent Care
      • ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:

Schedule and Shift Details:

Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.5:00 p.m. Develop schedule with supervisor and work at least 4 hours each week after 5:00. Fulltime staff must provide 23 hours of billable service per week.
