The Role

• Financial Management – Handle accurate bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and uphold the integrity of financial records.
• Process Improvement & Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve discrepancies, clean up historical records, and implement efficient accounting practices.
• Reporting & Compliance – Assist with preparing financial statements, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and support leadership with financial insights.
• Cash Flow & Budget Oversight – Manage budgets, process invoices, monitor expenses, and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Team Collaboration – Collaborate with our close-knit team, taking ownership of processes and contributing to ongoing improvements.

Who You Are

You’re a problem solver who thrives on accuracy and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes. The ideal candidate has:

• Experience in real estate or private equity accounting (preferred but not required).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and Yardi Voyager.
• A proactive approach with a passion for improving systems and processes.
