Direct message the job poster from Chewy Recruiting Manager - Passionate about connecting top talent to the right opportunities Our Opportunity Chewy is looking to hire a passionate, thorough, and customer-focused Senior Product Manager for our Chewy Private Brands team, based out of Bellevue, WA, Minneapolis, MN, Boston, MA, or Plantation, FL. The team owns cross-functional initiatives that support the development and success of our Private Brands products. This role is dedicated to developing Private Brands technology, assisting users with tool and process adoption, and owning data integrity initiatives impacting the Pet Parent experience. What You'll Do Own and implement the end-to-end product roadmap for the Private Brands organization Set the product strategy, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate feature releases and internal/external communications Think strategically and long-term; acquire a deep understanding of the Private Brands business and be the subject matter expert (SME) for commercialization Work closely with key cross-functional collaborators to ensure the vision aligns with broader company objectives Write detailed requirements and use cases/user stories and communicate them effectively with business partners Identify technical or operational issues in current processes and collaborate with Private Brands business and technology partners to resolve Serve as the SME for understanding enterprise system relationships, integrations, and trace end-to-end data flow of inputted attributes and product definition Use data to understand customer behavior/needs as well as business goals; enable the team to transform that knowledge into product enhancements/features Monitor performance of the team’s initiatives and measure impact of product enhancements What You'll Need 4+ years of progressive experience in product management or related field, with 2+ years building and managing product teams Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related technical/quantitative field The ideal candidate can demonstrate a high degree of ownership and customer focus, can keep up with the pace of e-commerce, is data driven, and can see around corners and think through complex systems design solutions Experience developing short and long-term product strategy, defining detailed product requirements, prioritizing product roadmap, building and leading cross-functional teams, and working at a fast pace to deliver results Strong product management skills with demonstrated complex product launches, high attention to detail and situational fluency, ability to influence and motivate others, and perseverance to handle challenging business situations and make trade-offs at all levels of management Experience working in an agile software development environment leveraging Scrum; track record of building productive relationships with engineering leadership Bonus Previous experience with Private Label, e-commerce, or merchandising Previous experience using Smartsheet or similar software Previous experience with SQL and building Tableau dashboards Chewy is committed to equal opportunity.
