SALARY RANGE: 160-180K
HIGH END OF THE SALARY RANGE IS CONSIDERED FOR THOSE WHO EXCEED QUALIFICATIONS IN A REQUIRED AREA

Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Pega Application Developer . The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting design/development. The place of performance for this position is in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Build and deliver software products within a product line.
Develop software products that satisfy requirements and quality reviews.
Identify and resolve software issues.
Plan and execute the delivery process.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience with case management system development.
Pega System Architect Certification.
Pega 8 experience.
Previous consulting or client service delivery experience.
Specialization in functional areas (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
Experience with Pega Architecture.
Experience with Pega Software Application Development.
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with little to no oversight.
