Job Description McDonald’s is seeking a collaborative and proactive individual who will clarify expectations, apply relevant standards and best practices to craft and develop innovative solutions, POCs and fast fail concepts for our deployment services team. This will be a collaborative role and will have influence and oversight over the front-end channel and backend systems to ensure consistency of product and integration of standard methodologies. You’ll interface with McDonald’s vendors and numerous internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change control, project management, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving organizational success. Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals in deployment and change control activities that impact our company and consumer platforms. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and consumer satisfaction. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Administer performance administration responsibilities. Change Control: Oversee the change control process, ensuring all changes are documented, reviewed, and approved in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with various departments and external entities to manage and implement changes and deployments effectively. Monitor and report on the impact of changes, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to company and consumer management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and changes. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and changes. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement performance metrics to measure the success of company and consumer management initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on performance, changes, and project status to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science with minor in Management or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management with Minor in Computer Science. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in company and consumer management. 5+ years facilitating and leading teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proven experience in change control and project management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. 5+ years of non-internship professional experience in Project Management. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is a plus. Change Management certification is desirable.
