Job Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Reports to: Human Resources Generalist

FLSA Status: Exempt

Summary: To source, identify, interview and hire individuals for various mid-senior level roles at CNY Fertility.

Required Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Establish hiring strategy for the organization to ensure all teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals whose visions align with CNY Fertility mission.
  2. Ensure all staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
  3. Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipeline of applicants.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to ensure clear candidate qualifications are met.
  5. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  6. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates.
  7. Keep all records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  8. In depth understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
  9. Assess candidates' information, including C.V's, portfolios, and references.
  10. Collaborate with other associates within Human Resources to ensure appropriate workflow.
  11. Proficiency in documentation to present industry trends to senior level management.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiter, specifically in the Healthcare field.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:

  • Medical Terminology
  • Experience in healthcare recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, ADP knowledge a plus
