Job Title: SENIOR CENTER HOME DELIVERED MEAL DRIVER Location : Wickes, AR Department : Grants & Housing Reports To : Grants & Housing Supervisor Employment Type : Part-Time Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Center Home Delivered Meal Driver to provide essential care and support to participants in their homes. As a Senior Center Home Delivered Meal Driver, you will be responsible for delivering both hot and frozen meals on a designated route in the Wickes, Arkansas area. You may also provide transportation to and from the Senior Center to participants wishing to dine in-person. The ideal candidate has very strong communication skills, is reliable, professional, and empathetic, with a passion for helping others. Candidates must be at least 25 years old. Key Responsibilities: Delivery and Packaging : Assist kitchen staff with packaging meals and delivering both hot and frozen meals on designated route. Transportation : Pick up/drop off Senior Center participants on regular route to/from the Senior Center. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service while delivering meals and while transporting passengers to/from the Senior Center. Organization : Keep a clean and orderly work vehicle, both interior and exterior. Ensure documentation and reports are complete and turned in timely. Assist with updating home-delivered meal recipient records as required. Safety : Comply with all food and driving safety laws and procedures. Alert supervisor when vehicle is in need of maintenance. Professional Conduct : Maintain a positive, professional attitude and project a caring image. Wear company-issued ID at all times on the job. Technology Use : Utilize applications as required for recordkeeping and communication. Other Duties : Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management to meet the needs of the patient and team.
