\n Additional Responsibilities Include: \n
Assisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales, generating maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
\nSupervising the sales line through training, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results. Promoting and supporting all aspects of the branded HGV culture.
\nMust maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.

At the core of our company’s success are our Team Members. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
\n \nProven track record of success in timeshare sales.
\nA minimum of 2 years’ front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
\nAbility to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
\nAbility to acquire an active State of Hawaii Real Estate License within the first 45 days of employment.
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
\n\n
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\nPrevious T.O. sales closing or sales management experience.
\n2 + years' front-to-back experience within timeshare sales.
\n2 years’ experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
\nActive Hawaii State Real Estate License.
