What You’ll Do

As a  Residential Plumbing Service Technician , you’ll be the face of My Calgary Plumber, responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers. Your role includes:

• Diagnosing & repairing residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.).
• Installing & servicing plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.).
• Educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering solutions.
• Upselling maintenance plans to ensure long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring a 5-star customer experience by keeping workspaces clean and explaining work performed.
• Using technology (iPad & ServiceTitan) to document jobs, estimates, and invoices.
• Driving a company vehicle , keeping it stocked, clean, and organized.
• Attending team meetings & training to stay sharp and improve your skills.
• Following all safety procedures and ensuring compliance with local codes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for driven, customer-focused plumbers who want to build a  long-term career with us. Our ideal candidate has:

✅ 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.

✅  Great communication & sales skills – ability to explain issues & recommend solutions.

✅  A growth mindset – you want to improve, learn, and move up in your career.

✅  A strong work ethic – reliability, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

✅  A valid driver’s license with a clean record.

✅  The ability to work independently & problem-solve on-site.

✅  Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus .

Physical Requirements

• Ability to  lift up to 75 lbs .
• Ability to  climb ladders and work in tight spaces .
• Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in  all weather conditions .
• Able to  work more than 40 hours per week as needed (optional overtime available).

Pay: From $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
