Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist for Travel, you will be crucial in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, building relationships, and driving sales within the travel industry. 

Your primary responsibility will be to market and gain clients as well as assist customers in planning and booking travel arrangements while maximizing revenue through commission-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in planning and booking various travel services, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Actively promote and upsell travel products to meet and exceed sales targets.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and promoting additional services to enhance the overall travel experience.

Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, destinations, and offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Maintain a productive and organized remote work environment.

Attend virtual meetings, training sessions, and team huddles as required.
