Job Title: Professional Services Recruiter

Overview:

We are looking for a Professional Services Recruiter to support our recruiting efforts by focusing on candidate sourcing, pipeline management, and administrative support for a wide range of entry- and mid-level roles. These positions include temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire placements across New York City and nationwide .

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and an interest in recruiting . Whether you have direct recruiting experience or transferable skills from a related field, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the talent acquisition space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for various professional services roles using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest, availability, and fit for specific openings
• Track and manage candidate data, resumes, and communication in internal systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required)
• Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, maintaining pipelines, and coordinating hiring timelines
• Assist with administrative tasks including updating trackers, generating reports in Excel, and ensuring accurate candidate records
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the process
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to align sourcing strategies with hiring goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, customer service, or a related administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using Excel to manage data and generate reports (basic formulas, filtering, etc.)
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required)
• A team player who’s proactive, curious, and ready to grow
