Job Summary

We seek a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing and a proven track record of excellence in quality systems management. With 5+ years of relevant experience, plus 2 years of leadership experience. The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 certification standards and industry best practices.

This role involves leading quality initiatives, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvements to uphold the highest food safety and product quality standards. Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager: § 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance in a Food Manufacturing environment.

§ Quality Management Systems experience in a manufacturing environment§ Bachelor's Degree in a highly related field§ Food Safety and QMS expertise§ Experience maintaining customer complaint processes and mitigation

§ Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management best practices§ Working knowledge of EXCEL spreadsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and various quality documentation software§ Above average attention to detail§ Strong multi-tasking abilities§ Above average ability to communicate orally and in writing§ Able to work independently and safely Client Growth Resources, Inc
