Position Overview: The Public Relations and Communications Assistant will collaborate with our Marketing Manager and key accounts to execute innovative, performance-driven campaigns. This role will also involve working directly with customers and managing promotional activities to enhance client visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute projects assigned by the Marketing Manager. Collaborate with key accounts to align PR campaigns with customer promotions. Coordinate in-store service events and ensure smooth operations. Build and maintain customer relationships while communicating promotional services. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and refining measurement strategies for PR campaigns. Create promotional marketing materials and visual merchandising. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail event personnel. Maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory. Identify new opportunities and propose efficiency innovations. Progress into senior campaign management roles based on performance. Requirements: College degree (completed or in progress) preferred. 0-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, sales, or a related internship.
