Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Laramie, WY We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated behavioral health team in Laramie, WY. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Highlights: Full-time, on-site role Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing patient management Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Medication management and monitoring Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, and primary care providers Participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives Inpatient and outpatient patient populations Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with specialization in Psychiatry MSN or DNP required Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active Wyoming NP license, DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire) 1â€"3 years of relevant experience preferred, including treatment of mood, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and substance use disorders Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to manage diverse patient populations, including adults, adolescents, and children Strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary and yearly pay increases Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and retirement plans with employer match Employer-paid life and long-term
