Job Description
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the Project Management Office (PMO) team, working alongside a talented group of professionals to drive client software implementation projects. You'll collaborate with various internal teams, including Product Management, Development, Business Analysts, and Executive Leadership, to deliver exceptional solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth communication and managing expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor throughout the project.
Define project goals, develop and execute tasks, track progress, and report outcomes to key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with teams to define and document business requirements, ensuring clarity for Development and QA teams.
Work alongside Product Management to balance customer needs and product vision, delivering high-quality solutions.
Manage project timelines, track milestones, and prioritize bug reports to ensure timely project delivery.
Oversee training and support for team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations.
Experience working with SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
Direct client consulting experience is a must.
Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and strong presentation capabilities.
Expertise in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
Ability to thrive independently and work as part of a cross-functional team.
Agile software development experience is a plus.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field).
3-5 years of experience managing software projects, with at least 1-2 years in a client-facing role.
Experience with agile methodologies and specialty pharmacy is preferred.
