Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will report to the Director of Program Management and play a key part in successfully managing client software implementation projects. You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Product Management, Development, Business Analysts, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership, while ensuring that the needs of our clients are met in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing software implementations from start to finish, including project initiation, execution, and closure. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on exciting and varied projects while building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, has the ability to manage multiple projects at once, is skilled in communication, and has a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, establishing and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship.
Project Execution: Lead the definition, planning, and execution of implementation projects. Ensure timely delivery of tasks, milestones, and project goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Analysts, Development, and QA, to ensure all project deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
Documentation: Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure accurate documentation, including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials to both clients and internal teams.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, applying best practices to manage them.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update the executive team on project status and progress.
Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with Product Management to balance client needs with product development priorities, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
Technology Expertise: Strong technical skills, including familiarity with sFTP, APIs, file formats, integrations, and HTML.
SaaS/Software Implementation: Proven experience successfully implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or hub industries is a plus.
Consulting Experience: Prior experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation capacity.
Project Management Expertise: Hands-on experience managing complex, client-facing projects, with a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects.
Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Agile development practices is a plus.
