Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Business Analysts, Development, and QA, to ensure all project deliverables meet client needs and expectations.
Documentation: Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure accurate documentation, including business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials to both clients and internal teams.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, applying best practices to manage them.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update the executive team on project status and progress.
Collaboration with Product Management: Work closely with Product Management to balance client needs with product development priorities, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:
Technology Expertise: Strong technical skills, including familiarity with sFTP, APIs, file formats, integrations, and HTML.
SaaS/Software Implementation: Proven experience successfully implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or hub industries is a plus.
Consulting Experience: Prior experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation capacity.
Project Management Expertise: Hands-on experience managing complex, client-facing projects, with a solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.

Additional Qualities We're Looking For:
A self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, evolving work environment with minimal supervision.
A collaborative team player who can build consensus and work effectively across different functional areas.
Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while staying adaptable to change.
Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience successfully managing complex software projects, including client-facing projects.
Experience in the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Agile development practices is a plus.

Why Join Us:
Work in a supportive, progressive, and fast-paced environment.
Competitive pay and benefits, including a matching 401(k) with immediate vesting.
