Job Type:- Contract

Responsibilities


The Service Delivery Project Coordinator will assist the Project Management Team with the Customer Experience. This includes but not limited to initial customer contact, education, and ongoing updates. At times, the PC may be involved in some Project Manager tasks. The SDPC can follow detailed directions, handling multiple, concurrent, tasks, and can reprioritize focus as needed.

   3. Ability to comprehend customer feedback and notify proper internal teams based on customer needs or deadlines.
   4. Performs other duties as assigned.
