Job title: Production Worker ($20/hr.+)

Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, responsible for operating machinery and ensuring quality standards are met. You will handle hot steel, operate presses, and perform visual inspections while being trained across multiple positions.

We currently have (2) 1st shift (6:30a-3:00p, M-F) openings - Looking to start as soon as possible

Overtime pay rate of $30/hr.*

Due to production, must be open to 3rd shift in the future (6:30pm-5:00am, M-T)

Responsibilities

  • Lift hot steel on a tong up to 30lbs in and out of the press machine.
  • Operate hydraulic press to form steel into pieces.
  • Visually inspect parts for quality assurance.
  • Train on multiple positions and rotate through as a 'utility' worker.

Essential Skills

  • 1-3 years of previous manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs consistently.
  • Mechanical aptitude and being mechanically inclined.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
