With over $1B in assets managed independently, the firm serves high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and institutions with a sophisticated, customized approach to wealth management. This role is ideal for a strategic relationship builder with deep expertise in multigenerational planning, philanthropy, pre-liquidity strategy, and fiduciary advisory. You'll serve as a key point of contact for clients, partnering closely with portfolio managers and firm leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes while also supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary relationship lead for a select group of clients, ensuring an exceptional and responsive advisory experience Partner with Portfolio Managers to craft and execute advanced wealth strategies tailored to client needs Guide and mentor Client Service Associates, reviewing materials and maintaining a high standard of service delivery Attend and support client and prospect meetings, events, and strategic planning sessions Help drive firm growth through new business initiatives and organic relationship expansion Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely completion of paperwork, subscription agreements, and custodial requests Coordinate with external advisors (e.g., estate attorneys, CPAs) to holistically support client needs Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service models Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory services Series 7 and 66 licenses required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong client service orientation, high integrity, and emotional intelligence Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative work style Preferred: CFP designation (or willingness to pursue) MBA or advanced degree Series 24 license Experience with platforms such as Addepar, Salesforce, Schwab, and/or Fidelity This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven, close-knit team that values intellectual curiosity, initiative, and client dedication.
