Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Pipefitter to join our team for new construction installations of plumbing equipment at commercial sites throughout West Michigan. The ideal candidate will work with copper and PEX plumbing materials, utilizing hand and power tools to hang, solder, and thread pipes to completion. The ability to read tape measures, cut, and level piping installations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction installations of plumbing equipment at commercial sites.
• Work with copper and PEX plumbing materials to complete installations.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to hang, solder, and thread pipes.
• Read tape measures, cut, and level piping installations.
• Fit copper and solder copper pipes.
• Thread pipes according to specifications.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in the commercial plumbing/pipefitting industry.
• Experience working on projects such as schools, warehouses, medical centers, apartments, or community centers.
• Hydronic piping experience.
• Understanding of operating equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and ladders.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
