Our client, a higher education institute located in the Boston area, is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their team for 3+ months. The schedule for this role will be Monday-Thursday, 10:30am-4pm, or totaling 20 hours per week. Job responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers at the front desk, answering phones, receiving mail, and project/data entry work as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and MS Office skills, be friendly and outgoing, and have the ability to multi-task and stay organized. The role is compensating $22 an hour.
