Quantum Education Professionals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant and will assist in providing high-quality support to healthcare professionals and patients. This role involves direct patient care, administrative tasks, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

We are currently interviewing for Paraprofessionals to work with children of all ages with disabilities. Paraprofessionals are essential in the classroom and help bring comfort and assistance that allow kids to achieve their goals. As you support kids in the class, we support you! Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr
Requirements:
60 college credits or para-assessment or Registered Behavior Technician.
Background as a certified CNA, Medical Assistant, or Caregiver.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Other duties may be assigned.
• Work with teachers in team teaching, team planning, and daily routines.
• Provide group instruction to assigned children.
• Understand, support and be able to assist in implementing and communicating the curriculum with the children and their parents.
• Assist in preparing and setting up daily materials.
• Attend orientation and Professional Development sessions.
• Implement individual and group activities to stimulate growth as outlined in the IEP.
• Instruct children in practice of daily living skills as appropriate.
• Remain with student for support during all times outside of the Special Education classroom as assigned.
• Provide personal care for student (i.e., diaper changing, toileting, feeding,) as appropriate
• Lift and transfer students as needed.
• Implement the use of technology to enhance student achievement.
- Assist with feeding, transport, and special duties for student with high needs.
