Position Overview

As a Paid Media Manager, you'll play a vital role in advancing our digital marketing capabilities. Your expertise will be key in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads for multiple client accounts, helping enhance our SEO-driven strategies with targeted paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily performance of paid digital channels (PPC and paid social).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop, implement, and oversee paid media strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to improve effectiveness.
Strategically manage budgets to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.
Track and forecast budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics.
Conduct competitive research on products, markets, and competitors, supporting strategy development with the media buying team.
Partner with the content team to design organic social media strategies that complement paid media efforts.
Occasionally support organic social media tactics to boost client accounts, focusing primarily on paid media.
Use AI tools and techniques to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and drive innovation.
Contribute to any other initiatives or tasks as needed to achieve organizational success.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
Proven Success: Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Organic Social: Experience with organic social media management to enhance paid media initiatives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Key Qualifications

3+ years managing paid media campaigns, particularly with Facebook Ads, handling budgets exceeding $150k.
Proficiency in PPC, paid social, and organic social media management.
Experience with AI tools for campaign optimization and audience targeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative and proactive problem solver with strong data analysis capabilities.
Skilled in budget management, forecasting, and maximizing ROI.
Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
Basic familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Slack, HubSpot, and G Suite.
Effective communication and presentation skills, comfortable explaining complex concepts.
Highly collaborative and adaptable team player.
Detail-oriented, focused on delivering high-quality work.
Client-facing experience, able to navigate tough conversations and foster positive relationships.
