Are you passionate about the beauty industry and looking to launch your career? Enhanced Estetic is seeking a motivated Esthetician Intern to join our growing team! This is more than just a job – it's a comprehensive learning experience with amazing earning potential.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE (Total Value: $350-450/week)

Base Pay: $7.25-$10.00 per hour

Product Commission: 10% on all product sales you make

Booking Bonus: For every new client you successfully book

FREE Services: Complimentary lash extensions, waxing, facials, and more (Value: $150-300/month)

Learning Stipend: Paid training and shadowing opportunities

WHAT YOU'LL DOClient Experience & Front Desk:

• Greet and check-in clients with exceptional customer service
• Process payments and schedule appointments using our booking system
• Handle client checkout and follow-up communications
• Maintain clean, organized reception area

Sales & Business Development:

• Recommend and sell skincare products and beauty tools
• Educate clients on product benefits and proper usage
• Promote membership packages and special offers
• Follow up with clients via phone, text, and email to encourage rebooking

Learning & Development:

• Shadow experienced estheticians during treatments
• Learn lash extension, waxing, and facial techniques
• Attend product training sessions and workshops
• Assist with basic treatment room setup and cleanup

Marketing & Social Media:

• Help create content for Instagram and Facebook
• Take before/after photos (with client permission)
• Manage online reviews and client testimonials
• Assist with promotional events and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONSRequired:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and social media familiarity
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
• Reliable transportation

Preferred (Not Required):

• Beauty school enrollment or completion
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities
  

CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

This internship is designed as a pathway to growth within our company:

Months 1-2: Master front desk operations and product knowledge

Months 3-4: Begin shadowing treatments and advanced sales training

Months 5-6: Assist with simple services and client consultations

6+ Months: Potential advancement to service provider with our tiered commission structure

Top performers may be offered positions as:

• Senior Front Desk Coordinator
• Social Media Manager
• Lash Artist or Esthetician (with proper licensing)
• Assistant Manager

SCHEDULE & HOURS

• Part-time position: 20-30 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling around school/other commitments
• Weekend availability required (our busiest days!)
• Training period: First 2 weeks with guaranteed hours for learning
