We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Production Assistant to support our daily operations in a construction company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and maintain smooth communication.
Manage phone and email interactions with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
Organize and track project details using Excel, Word, and CRM software.
Assist with scheduling, job follow-ups, and administrative support.
Stay on top of emails, documents, and workflow coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
Experience in construction or a related field is a plus.
A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Tagalog-speaking is a big advantage.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
