Summary
The Columbus Blue Jackets are seeking a passionate and skilled Motion Graphics Producer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be an integral part of creating compelling content that captures the excitement of Blue Jackets hockey, both in-arena and on various platforms. You will be responsible for the full production cycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that engage our fans and promote the team.
Summary of Duties
Conceptualize, create, and execute motion graphic elements that strengthen the Blue Jackets brand.
Collaborate with the production team to fulfill motion graphic and video production requests.
Conceptualize and enhance team videos.
Maintain brand continuity across all video and motion graphic design elements.
Design and program content for various screen configurations and multi-channel environments..
Stay informed about trends and developments in the motion graphics/animation industry.
Liaise with outside production companies when needed.
Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, social media, partnership and other departments to create integrated Motion Graphics content that supports broader team campaigns.
Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies for upcoming projects
Stay current with industry trends, software, and techniques to continually enhance the production process.
Game Night Responsibilities:
Deliver game night content and elements to control room staff.
Implement last-minute changes and requests before games.
Support game night staff with production and entertainment needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Knowledge of overall Adobe Creative Cloud. Competency in 3D Motion Graphic Design. Experience in Mac and PC environments. Knowledge of Ross Xpression is a plus.
Physical Demands
Primarily sitting, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing and walking. Requires color vision.
Work Environment
Occasional exposure to cold temperatures. Moderate noise levels. Fast-paced, deadline-oriented, high-energy environment.
