Job Description
We are a growing Compression Rubber Molding company seeking a mill/barwell operator. WILL BE WILLING TO TRAIN candidate that has previous equipment/manufacturing experience. Applicant would be responsible for turning raw rubber into preforms for the production line. Equipment being used is as follows: 1) mill, 2) barwell, 3) extruder and 4) forklift.
Operator will need to read specs for set up, die changes, volume, and speed settings. Will be using scales, scissors, and mill knife. Needs to be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Overtime offered when production merits it. Company offers a full benefits package consisting of health, dental, vision, and a 401 (k).
