Cemplex Group is a leading construction subcontracting company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role is designed for a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of generating demand, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and developing effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B channel, ideally with specific experience in construction product marketing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses demand generation, brand awareness, and customer retention.
•Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to target key audiences effectively.
•Lead the social media strategy, ensuring an active and engaging presence across platforms relevant to our B2B audience.
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the construction products sector.
•Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with company goals and product offerings.
•Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to refine and improve future strategies.
•Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
•Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
•Other duties as assigned.

•Strong background in B2B marketing, with preference given to candidates with experience in the construction product sector.

•Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
•Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media management tools, and analytics software.
